I swear I'm not just digging for referal bonuses, I'm genuinely happy with the service; cape's the only provider where I get a bar or two and it be stable in the middle of nowhere were I work. The two secondary numbers alone would have made it worth the $50 for me but network lock and IMSI rotation are cool advancements in an otherwise stagnant technology.

I'm not going to confidently say it's not a honey pot or anything as I'm still waiting for time and audits to prove it but, it feels better than doomed; sub has been let to speak its mind and questions haven't been censored. Regardless, with a lack of competition in terms of privacy I figured there's little direction to go other than up.
