Please help me identify this bug
Hi everyone, I am finding a lot of these bugs crawling around my house (especially around two adjacent bathrooms which are separate by a wall). I live in Massachusetts. Are they termite swarmers? I've noticed discarded wings everywhere. They have four pairs of equally-sized wings. Thank you!
