So I was on Zepbound for one month and lost about 8 pounds. It was absolutely amazing. I quickly realized I wanted to explore a more economic option so I looked up the best telehealth and Found Trillium. I also chose Hallandale as it seemed to have the best reviews. When I took the medicine on Wednesday morning, I was a little bit nervous because I felt nothing throughout the day other than the little butterfly feeling a couple hours after. I even split the dose between Wednesday and Thursday because I did not know how I was going to react one way or the other. All day yesterday I also felt no appetite suppression even though I had already taken half the dosage 24 hours prior. Well today being Friday is now 24 hours after the second dose and 48 hours after the first dose and I can tell you that it absolutely is amazing and the appetite suppression is very strong. So for anybody worried that compounded is not as good I would say it may even be better as I didn’t even have any side effects with this medicine and I even went up about .25 mg from my normal dosage. I let out a big sigh of relief today because even though its less than namebrand, it was still up there!

Does Tirz simply lower appetite causing smaller calories or are there other scientific things happening in the body that causes weight loss?

I could eat the same thing all month long but when there’s more medicine in my body, I lose more weight . What is happening that causes weight loss other than perhaps the water weight fluctuations as I know this medicine dehydrates you.

I plan to use this over the next six months, but it makes me nervous that I can’t see the liquid and check for cloudiness— Apothecary

Just started my journey into compounded from Zepbound. Ordered from both Apothecary + Hallandale from 2 different Telehealth (Trillium and Rift). My Apothecary shipped in 1 day. Hallandale it’s been like 4 and still no shipping label. Fingers crossed both as good as Zep! Down 7.2 lbs so far on Zepbound in 3 weeks!!
