This has been irritating me for a while. Can anyone remember and supply a title for a UK late 70s/early 80s one off play which culminated in a teacher leaving an hotel/B&B room and disappearing never to be seen again. My recollection is that there was some sort of teacher conference in a hotel/B&B where there was an urban myth that if you left a specific room in specific circumstances you would disappear. A male and female couple didn't believe in the myth resulting in the male teacher's disappearance. My best guess is that it was a "Play for Today" type of one off show.
