I'm an international student and I plan on attending UT Arlington this upcoming fall. I keep getting emails saying I'm invited to join the Honors College. They mentioned that honor students have a unique residential building, communities and special activities. However, I'm a bit hesitant about joining as I feel like its just extra workload and stress. What are the pros and what are the cons if I decide to enroll in as an Electrical Engineering Major ? Is it worth it or is it just a waste of time ?

My university (UT Arlington) is requesting a bank statement so that they can issue my I-20. However, I could not download my bank statement in dollars and only in my home currency. Will that be acceptable ? The university website didn’t specify that it should be in USD
