M17, IM THINNING AND BALDNG ,WTF SHOULD I DO

My hair is also really flat, thin, and has no volume at all, I also have dandruff,I am thinning and balding since the past 2 years, but then it was at least thick.

Now, my hair is even falling down whenever I touch my hair. And I'm kindda scared cause if I don't do anything now , I might get bald by high or mid 20s.

GUYS PLS HELP!
