Pls link anything i should maybe try doing before going to the dermat, il go to the dermat in a month

Hey guys following up on my last post. You can check my profile for photos of how bad my hair fall was a couple weeks ago when it was long.
I was losing crazy amounts of hair daily and really panicking. On Sept 21st I quit nicotine cold turkey after 4 years of heavy vaping. I was doing 50mg salts using 5mL every 2 days so about 100mg of nicotine daily. Around the same time I shaved my head to reset everything and see what my scalp actually looks like (the part that looks like it has thinned in the first picture is just angle).
Here is what is confusing me. Once the fresh stubble started coming back after shaving I realized I wasnt seeing any hair falling out at all.
Even when I pull on the stubble with my nails or rub my head zero hair comes out. Looking at my head now I honestly dont see any obvious bald spots or major thinning either.
Is quitting 4 years of heavy nicotine vasoconstriction actually opening up my blood flow and stopping the shed this fast? Or is it just an illusion because the hair is buzzed short so I cant notice it as easily?
Has anyone who quit heavy vaping or shaved during a bad shedding phase experienced this? Would love to hear your thoughts.

I noticed my hair feels less full I cut it really short last time compared to what i usually do don’t know if it’s just the weather change from months in humidity to now dry or thinning???

I have great volume and very dense hair ( i think) but I'm afraid my hairline and temple area is starting to look suspicious as of late and I don't want any chances

Is this normal/mature for my hair and I'm worrying for nothing? Or should I be careful?

(especially the miniaturised hair) What does that say about my hairline?

I’ve already started to use rosemary oil every few days on my scalp. But I’ve also read that it’s normal to loose some hair in autumn. Any tips?

I’ve had multiple people tell me over the course of a couple of months that it looks like I’m balding.

Been wearing the hijab for ~4 years with a bun. Worried I've got traction alopecia or something since it's insanely common.

If yes what can I do to stop it?

I have shoulder length mid density curls. And I’m shedding this amount of hair every time I take a shower in two to three days. I have also attached photos of my hairline

19M suffering from heavy hairfall. Until I shaved my hair I was loosing 4 strands every time I was running my hands through it. Also when I used shampoo or oil I used to have approx 15 to 20 strands in my hand(upto 10 for oil).

But now I very much rarely see my hair on the bed or even when I use shampoo or oil I don't see any on my hand.

Is it because my hair is short now or I cured it by shaving my hair or basically removing dandruff from my scalp???

No doubt I still got dandruff in my hair now and I think I will be using shampoo more than once in a week.
