DFW to AUS, help getting bag off last leg flight cancellation or is it being sent to final destination
last leg of flight cancelled, layover in dfw trying to get to aus, they wouldnt let me request my bag to be pulled for hours, then when they agreed havent been able/willing to give me updates for at least 5 hours. should i keep waiting for an update on my bag being pulled, or is it almost guaranteed that it’s getting sent to aus? i just don’t want it to get pulled if i decide to leave and then left in the baggage claim and get stolen. for more context i already requested a cancellation and refund for the flight and opted not to take the rebooking.
