Dull Screen on Vibe Board
Our company has this vibe board and recently its display has been dull and gray. We have changed the power cord and moved it out of our conference room to work on. We have already replaced the LCD TV Motherboard (model HK.V.MST9U26V02) and the Timing Controller board (model ST7461D01-A). An external monitor plugged into the back displays just fine without any discolorations. The touch screen does not have any problems.
We are at a loss of what to do next, so I decided to turn to the internet to see if you kind strangers have any input.
