My boss.
I work as a part-time cashier at a fairly small location. I would say I'm good at my job. My coworkers like me and so do customers. The problem is that my boss is absolutely crazy and I believe he's targeting me. All my coworkers agree and they each have stories about crazy things he has done. In the 4-ish months I've worked there he has done the following: yelled at me in his office with both doors closed, yelled at me on the floor (in front of coworkers and customers!!!) while blaming me for the recent power outtage, scolded me for my disabled coworker's mistakes, and threw out my water bottle when I left it behind by accident. He consistently treats me worse than other employees and he tends to take out his frustrations on me when there's no one else around to witness it. If he continues to treat me this way should I file an HR complaint? If so, how do I file an HR complaint?
