One month with my chalazion and another one just appeared above it this week. I am so over this. Been doing hot compresses and massages for 4 weeks now and no improvement except another one appearing above it. I booked an eye doctor appointment but at this point I am just expecting to be told I need surgery

Hi! I had my first ever chalazion form 2 weeks ago. The first week I was doing warm compress then I went on vacation last week and wasn’t able to treat it. When I got back a few days ago I started the warm compresses back up and it blew up. Today I noticed a white head forming on the lid and I can’t tell if it is a new stye or if it is somehow the chalazion coming to a head and I should continue the compress/ massages. The bump is still there and it feels pretty firm now but I’m noticing this on the inner lid
