Help?
This is my first time posting and sharing my experience here. I was supposed to send foods from Pasig to Manila for a friend of mine via lalamove. I put it in a priority delivery but 30 minutes have passed and the rider still hasn't arrived. I contacted him asking where he is and what time will he arrive then he told me to wait for just few minutes he'll arrive soon. Around 5:30pm someone arrive and i asked him if he's the rider. He said no and the rider on the app is his uncle, but he shared the details of my order so 'yung inutusan ko is binigay sa kaniya 'yung food. Minutes after he received the food, he immediately completed the order. So i was worried but gave him the benefit of the doubt. Hours have passed we tried calling him but he's unreachable. This is my first time getting scammed and I'm not knowledgeable enough with frauds by service apps. I just want to know if there's a possibility we can find his name(the rider that received the food)
The rider in the app is named Alvin Pilapil but we tried to look for the actual rider by using his number (09941503301)
