Im a 24yo M, I find it quite easy talking to a lady over the phone lets say after picking their number from wherever than physicaly starting a conversation with a lady to a point I can ask her/them for their number.

I dont get it man, how do you all get over this kind of shyness?

I can barely keep an eye contact with a lady, unless we've interacted before.
