Old FWB 33M reached out inquiring about my 34F business services. Do I/how do I respond?

Hi all! I have an old FWB that I stopped seeing a few years ago but we would occasionally still text. Let's call him Craig. Nothing romantic or sexual. Usually just talking about school/work/family, or sending funny memes. About a year ago I started dating my boyfriend 40M. Let's call him Ryan. Given my new relationship with Ryan and my prior relationship with Craig, I didn't feel it would be appropriate to continue contact with Craig. I told him this and he was very understanding and respected my decision.

Fast forward to present day. I run my own mobile business. Earlier today I got a text notification from Craig. I didn't open the message, but I was able to read what he sent in the preview. The message read "Yo, how's life going? Hope everything has been good.

I have a friend looking to maybe get (job service). What do you charge typically?"

I'm not sure if or how to respond. I know I'm probably overthinking this, but I'm a really socially awkward person and knowing what appropriate communication sounds like is a challenge 🙃. Do I ignore the message or do I respond? If I respond, what is the best way for me to do it without making him think this is a door back in to communication with me again?

TIA

I inherited this table and plan to fix it up a bit and try to sell it. I washed it with some gentle soap and water (last 2 images). In its current condition I feel like the value is pretty low. I don't want to do a total restoration, but I want to make it more appealing for potential buyers.

What are the basics I can do that are affordable, safe, and simple for an inexperienced individual?
