Office Ping
Hey all. I recently got a ping (pinguicula agnata x cyclosecta) like 1 month ago (and it’s my first time taking care of plants too!) and the first pic is its initial state, next 3 pics are current day. And I see that it’s opened up!
however some of the leaf tips are translucent and flimsy (the base of those leaves are still ok), and it’s not very purple. I’m worried i might be doing something wrong. The moss around it looks bad too.
For the first 2-3 weeks ping has only gotten 3-5k lux light (near window), then I procured a grow light for it.
I’ve been bottom watering whenever there’s no water in the bowl, and ping gets 12h of 8-14k lux grow light (1 week now).
and for a side note, not sure if anyone knows about drosera spatulas but it’s the empty pot in the center with seeds and I haven’t seen anything sprouting yet 🥲. been like 3 weeks now.
