I have fissure from 2 years but recently i was on antibiotics because of infection which relapsed and tore new openings then i adjusted my diet and it was okay for 1 month and now i used english toilet (i use indian seat) in it i had very difficulty passing stool so i pushed excessively and because of it i have extreme pain. I am taking cremaffin plus but can i take it at morning and at night?

It is hurting even after BM, what should i do sit, lie down, walk, stand (btw walking eases off the continuos sensation)
What else can i do to resolve it .
