this pc issue is killing me

I’m gonna start this off by saying this. I was gifted a pc on my birthday by a bunch of my very good friends. This gifts was obviously a pre built because it would be weird for them to just send me a bunch of seperate pc parts as a birthday gift. I’m gonna include the image of all the specs, but here’s a list.

Ryzen 7 7800X3D
RTX 5060 8G
32GB DDR5 6000 MHz (MAXSUN)
1TB PCle SSD
850W PSU Bronze (Hoengager)
MAXSUN Challenger 8650M Wifi motherboard

I’m gonna try to make this as simple as possible while
being as specific about EVERYTHING that’s happened because it kinda gets complicated.

Ever since I got the pc its had some issues. I do
sim racing and most sims I drove would run very rough. I would get input delay and latency fairly often, which I honestly think is just because the GPU is only 8GB. I also make YouTube videos and this is where things start to kinda come full circle. Sometimes when I would be using premiere, the pc would literally just completely turn itself off. No blue screen. Just fully shuts off on its own for no apparent reason. It’s rare enough to where it didn’t feel like a major issue, but it probably ties together with everything else. Recently I went to go update my graphics drivers and the pc turned off literally in the middle of me installing the drivers. I went to go turn it back on like normal, but it would turn on, then just turn right back off after literally 0.5 seconds. I kept trying it and same thing over and over again. Eventually I got some help from friends and the first step we did was reset the CMOS. That did nothing, so then I thought it was a PSU failure, so luckily I still have my entire other pc to use it’s parts, so I took the PSU out of that (650W Gold) and plugged it in. After trying over and over again, the same thing was happening, but eventually for some reason it just decided to stay on, but instead of fully booting up, there was no display, the usb devices weren’t turning on… nothing but just the case fans and stuff like that. There was a motherboard debug light on, but this motherboard doesn’t label their stuff and after research I literally couldn’t tell what the light was, so I just began testing literally everything. Starting with taking the GPU out and trying to use integrated graphics. That didn’t work. Then swapped out the rams sticks and rotated em around. That wasn’t working. I did everything I could, but nothing was working so I decided maybe it’s just a fried motherboard. I bought a new motherboard, installed everything onto it, and it still doesn’t work. The good news though is this motherboard actually has debug light labels and it’s telling me the problem is DRAM. So I figured I need to replace the RAM. I bought some new RAM today, same exact thing is still happening. The last option it could possibly be is the CPU, but before I go out and keep buying stuff that I probably will never use, I just need opinions, so if you have any idea what this sounds like it could be, please let me know.
