I have reached tekken emperor on my main(alisa) and i want to improve, But i feel like if i dont try to learn atleast the basic punishments right now of my common matchups or proper wiff punishments I will not advance further in rank, so is there any proper guide i can follow on yt or any tips in the comment will be appreciated.

I have started blocking more, before it was just me continusly applying pressure with alisa through her chainsaws and d3, now i try to actually hold b and db to try gussing the opponents move, i still find it hard to block lows , but then what to punish after blocking idk, because sometimes i feel like i am positive enough for a 1,1 punish and get counter hit and wall splat and oki'd to death.
