Can anyone explain to me why my car keeps throtteling while my fans are on? I have tried disabling AC and the throtteling stops instantly if i turn off my inlet fans.

You can hear the car very clearly struggeling if you stand outside and listen to the engine..

Car runs fine when i'm driving, it is only happening when it stands idle.

Its a subaru forester diesel 2009mod
