Legs and back ???????????

how are my legs and back ? My legs are two years behind my upper body I think I started working out my legs 5 months ago I have been working them very intensely to catch up with my upper body in terms of aesthetics. I can see veins in my calves but not in my quads yet smh I work my legs out every workout now Upper days I always do leg extensions, seated leg curls, and stand calf raises all sets to absolute failure. Leg days I do Bulgarian split squats 3x10+ Dumbbell Romanian dead lifts 3x10+ Leg extensions 3x10++ Seated leg curls 3x10+ StandCalf raises 3x10+ Should I start doing normal squats? Is it mandatory I'm nervous to start them. Also should I add lunges to my routine? Should I add a second calf excercise ? I see there are outer thigh and inner thigh machines at my gym too do my leg workouts already target the muscles those do ? I've worked my back as long as my upper body but I don't think I have put that much focus on it as I have done my arms up to my chest. Back exercises: machine rows 3x10+ Lat pull down 3x10+ Dumbbell rows 3x10 + (added this exercise about half a year ago) I workout every other day. Never back to back

Legs and back ??????????????????

how are my legs and back ?

My legs are two years behind my upper body I think I started working out my legs 5 months ago I have been working them very intensely to catch up with my upper body in terms of aesthetics. I can see veins in my calves but not in my quads yet smh

I work my legs out every workout now

Upper days I always do leg extensions, seated leg curls, and stand calf raises all sets to absolute failure.

Leg days I do Bulgarian split squats 3x10+ Dumbbell Romanian dead lifts 3x10+ Leg extensions 3x10++ Seated leg curls 3x10+ StandCalf raises 3x10+

Should I start doing normal squats ? Is it mandatory I’m nervous to start them. Also should I add lunges to my routine ?

Should I add a second calf excercise ?

I see there are outer thigh and inner thigh machines at my gym too do my leg workouts already target the muscles those do ?

I’ve worked my back as long as my upper body but I don’t think I have put that much focus on it as I have done my arms up to my chest. Back exercises : machine rows 3x10+ Lat pull down 3x10+ Dumbbell rows 3x10 + (added this exercise about half a year ago)

I workout every other day. Never back to back
