Expected salary for MNC in house SEO specialist?
Hi, although this is r / buhaydigital, I just need advice and curious lang for those hired working 9-5 and not doing freelance (if meron here hahaha). I was invited for an initial interview with an MNC (finance) for a Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO) role. Since this is back-end, I have no idea about the range or asking for this position because ung MNC na to they have bands pero it usually applies para sa client facing roles nila.
As per my experience I’m currently employed in-house marketing doing paid Ads on Google and Meta so I think tip of the iceberg palang my knowledge about SEO.
So any advice, suggestions, about my asking range for this role? Also hesitant kasi if I should depend my asking on my current salary or follow the benchmark for the bands/tier of the company but then again this is back-end so baka it works different. Thanks in advance!
