I hope I won't have any regrets.
So, after months of sending resumes to different companies and hospitals, I finally received offers from a private hospital and a dialysis center. Both have low pay, but I have to choose one because it has been 6 months since I started looking for a job. I wasn't aware at first that it was a multi-year contract. Now I am bound by that contract, and I can't just leave anytime I want unless I pay a penalty for breach of contract, and it's not a small amount. Weeks after signing the contract, I received a call from another hospital and after another month, I received an email from the public hospital I was waiting for. Though I still need to undergo deliberation and all the other steps, I'm still sad that I can't go. I hope I won't have any regrets about what I chose. I hope to have this opportunity again after my contract.
