ABS-CBN eyes mid-2027 turnover of Quezon City property to Ayala Land

ABS-CBN Corp. expects to turn over its former headquarters property to Ayala Land Inc. by mid-2027, as the media giant consolidates its Quezon City operations into two buildings.

After the turnover, all of ABS-CBN’s operating units in Quezon City will be housed in the Eugenio Lopez Communications Center and Gina Lopez Building.

“After turnover of the sold parcel to Ayala Land by mid-2027, all operating units based in Quezon City will hold office in the Eugenio Lopez Communications Center and the Gina Lopez Building,” ABS-CBN head of real estate and development Grant Orbeta told shareholders on Wednesday.

Ayala Land bought roughly three hectares of the iconic ABS-CBN property for P6.24 billion in February 2025, including the Main Building and the site of the 220-meter Millennium Transmitter.

Any peeps here from Bagong Silangan QC, brownout here since August 18 9:30PM? Bro it's been 12 hours of no electricity, Meralco gave 2 ETR 1:26AM and 6:26AM then binago nanaman it may take longer... and wala ng binigay na specific ETR. Parusa to, ang dami pa naman lamok ang palobat na ko huhuhuhu Meralco pakibilisan ang restoration palobat na ko and may class pa kami🫠

LF: ENT doctor reco around QC

Hi! Baka may marerecommend kayong good ENT doctor around Quezon City? Preferably 'yung okay and hindi super mahal 'yung consultation 😭

I've been having bad breath kahit okay naman oral hygiene ko. Lagi rin akong nagigising na barado yung nose ko, and may parang slimy, thick white mucus na lagi kong napapansin na napupunta sa mouth/throat ko.

Also, whenever I sneeze sumasakit yung right ear ko, pero nawawala rin naman after a while.

Not sure if related siya sa tonsils, sinuses, post-nasal drip, or ears, kaya gusto ko sana magpa-check sa ENT.

If may marerecommend kayo na ENT around QC, please drop the doctor/clinic + consultation fee if alam niyo. Thank you! 🙏

Looking for help to transport my mom in the ER

Hello guys, currently my mom was diagnosed with Osteo Arthritis at hindi po sya makatayo ilang weeks na, kung sino po yung may kabutihang loob na pwede dalhin sya sa ER sa Quezon City, dalawa lang kami dito sa bahay at wala kaming relatives dito sa Manila na pwedeng mag bantay sa kanya huhu, we're living in Gardens of Maia Alta Block 10 Lot 34. Mag isa lang po sya dito sa palagi sa bahay kasi nag work ako sa Makati City. Thank you po!

12:16pm | Baguio or Mindanao Ave?

Currently Mindanao Ave Extension going north towards the KFC at the corner of Congressional. Hindi na kita yung ospital sa malayo. Sa Southbound lane andaming naghazare bigla sa may Wilcon Mindanao. As seen towards the end, BAHA na din po sa Road 3 pagkanan niyo from Mindanao. This low visibility is joke! Stay indoors if you can.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.
