As the title says really. I was 4 years clean which is almost as long as me and my husband have been dating. He has no experience with this and will 100% blame himself even though he shouldn't.

We're long distance so there's no way he'll find out on his own but I'm not going to lie to him.

Any advice on how to tell him? What do I say? How do I even bring it up?

I relapsed. After 4 years. I feel so stupid. I have no idea how to tell my husband, we're long distance atm so he'll never know unless I tell him... but I can't lie to him.

4 years down the drain. I can't believe I did it. What do I even do now.
