Paid for a personalized nutrition plan from a nutritionist and thought I’d share it here in case it helps someone else who can’t afford these consultations.
Sharing the diet chart below so others can use it as a reference and compare their own plans/experiences.
Hi everyone, I’m looking for some help from people in India who have gone through GI-MAP testing or worked with functional nutritionists/practitioners.
I’m planning to do a GI-MAP test, but my biggest problem is that I don’t know how to properly interpret the results afterward. I also haven’t been able to find an affordable Indian doctor/nutritionist who can actually go through the report with me and explain what is relevant vs. what isn’t.
The functional practitioners I’ve found are extremely expensive, and I simply can’t afford those programs.
If anyone has experience with this, I’d really appreciate:
An affordable Indian doctor/nutritionist who understands GI-MAP and can help interpret it.
Recommendations for someone who provides one-time consultations rather than expensive long-term packages.
If you’ve worked with a functional nutritionist in India, what supplements/nutrients they recommended based on your deficiencies and test results.
If you’ve done GI-MAP, did the results actually help you identify what was going on and what to work on?
I’m mainly trying to learn from people who have already gone through this so I don’t have to spend thousands on a practitioner just to understand my own report.
If you’ve been through something similar, please share your experience. Even small details could really help. 🙏
