Tanzania Acacia Hills Geisha on the Orea 01 Steel
Brewed this Tanzania Acacia Hills Geisha from Sweetness Coffee Lab today.
Recipe was 16g coffee / 250g water, about a 1:15.6 ratio.
Orea 01 Steel, HiFlux filter, 93°C water, and finished around 2:26.
Really clean and sweet cup. Soft florals, peach/orange, and a juicy finish. The drawdown was pretty quick, but the cup didn’t feel thin or sharp.
Still playing with it, but this one came out nicely.
