I had LIS over a year ago. My CRS confirmed my fissure was healed in the summer and in the fall he said my occasional bleeding was from “abrasions.” I have been having the same pattern of no bleeding for a few weeks, then I feel a sting and bleed for a week or more. I recently have had over 2 weeks of bleeding and this week is pretty heavy where it’s coating the stool. I feel defeated and I feel like this isn’t normal for someone that had LIS. Has this ever happened to someone? Even a similar situation?
