Very thin bone and severe gum recession in lower front teeth after multiple orthodontic treatments (27,m)

Hello everyone,

I‘m currently at the last stage of my orthodontic treatment, which included SARPE and double jaw surgery. Luckily both surgeries went well, but my teeth worry me a lot. In another post I shared that I have severe root resorption in the upper four front teeth, but I‘m also very concerned about the situation of my lower front teeth:

The bone is very very thin, probably even thinner than the width of the roots. So it’s not only too thin on the outside, but also very thin on the inside. Even though I already had this very visible gum recession from prior orthodontist treatments in my teenage years and my current orthodontist promised me to take special care of this area, it only seems to get worse. Every appointment right now he is trying to individually change the torque of each front tooth, but for me it seems like this back and forth is only destroying the little bone that is left. Now there is also gum recession on the inside and I can clearly see that the tooth next to severe recession is also breaking trough on the outside. If I talk to my provider about my concerns I feel like he is downplaying them and he said this shouldn’t be a reason to be overly stressed about it. He has lots of experience, but sometimes I‘m questioning if it was a mistake to trust him over and over again. He is not even making money with me anymore, since everything is already paid, but he is still convinced that it’s best to continue with the treatment.

My original plan was to get gum grafting and composite fillings for the black triangles. However I‘m getting more and more doubts if this will even be possible.

How likely to do you think I will be able to save my teeth and still achieve a somehow aesthetic appearance? And should I already plan for the worst case scenario (implants etc?) Would implants even work with thin bone like that and is it possible to do bone grafting in this area?

Very happy to hear about your views and recommendations!!
