i am hanging a pot and pan holder from my ceiling. i cannot figure out where the most accessible and least obstructive placement is. the placements on the short list are over the dining table, in front of the dishwasher against the wall and moving the drying rack or adjusting it and hanging it above the sink.. please help!

i am getting married in 16 days and i am just now realizing because of a recently diagnosed skin condition- i CANNOT wear ANY eye makeup. im not typically self conscious about my face, but its my wedding!! i want to be a princess!! so i am at a total loss of what to do with my face to feel “picture perfect”. attaching my face, my dress and my veil for style context, thank you so much!!
