Safe sleeping for dependent adult

Looking for some immediate solutions for my adult sister to have a safe sleeping option at night. She has level 3 autism+ additional developmental disabilities and epilepsy. She is non verbal and non ambulatory and has recently started having significant nighttime dysregulation that is leading to a lack of safety in her current bed.
She currently has hospital bed rails, but is able to slip through the gaps and gets herself stuck.

We have looked into safety bed options and are exploring how to either custom build her something or other avenues… but we are currently just needing an immediate solution to keep her safe until we can make that happen. She will hurt herself if she is on the floor. Planning to go to home depot or anywhere else today to put something together temporarily, but wanting to see if anyone has ideas or anything they have tried that I may not have considered. Thanks so much!

TL;DR: adult sibling unsafe in her bed, looking for temporary solution until we can get her something different
