Reta pen

Reta pen

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone can help me with my Reta click pen as I’m a bit worried I may have messed it up.

I was testing the pen without a needle attached and also pressing the button a few times to check it was working. After this, I noticed the plunger inside the pen has moved down.

The liquid inside still looks the same, but I’m not sure if I’ve affected the dose or if the pen is still usable. I’m also unsure if there’s any way to reset or fix the plunger position.

My questions are:

Does a moved plunger mean I’ve lost doses?

Can the pen still be used normally?

Is there any way to reset or “restart” the pen, or is it irreversible once it moves?

I’d really appreciate any advice as I don’t want to waste the pen or use it incorrectly.

Thank you
