So I was in an accident where car 1 t-boned car 2 which sent car 2 flying into me as I was sitting at a stop sign.

Just talked to progressive and at first they said they would not be able to fix my car then offered half of the at fault drivers property damage coverage which would get me $5k. (They have $10k total)

I’ve been in a bad spot lately and don’t have collision on my side so I can’t go through mine.

Am I basically capped here at $5k?
Both other cars/drivers are insured with progressive. I’m with USAA.
