[TOMT] Help me find an old cartoon (or cartoon series)
Please help me find an animated film from the 90s or early 2000s (I watched it on VHS tape when I was a child). I’ve been trying to identify this cartoon for years, but so far, I’ve had no luck.
All I remember is a scene featuring the cowardly sidekick of the animated series' main antagonist. He had long gray hair that fell below his shoulders. His eyes appeared to be white pupil-less and he had a long nose (or perhaps he was wearing a mask with a long nose). He used his nose like a lockpick to open the door to a vault, which housed the main antagonist's armor—and, I believe, his sword as well. He put them on and began goofing around, but then the series' protagonist showed up and started fighting him, under the mistaken impression that he was battling the main antagonist. He defeated him with ease, only realizing at the very end that it wasn't the main antagonist after all.
Another detail I remember is that the cartoon is set in the future. It features both swords and firearms. I also recall a scene in a desert, taking place on a wrecked aircraft carrier—or something like that. The art style is American, not Japanese. There is no magic or animals in it.
