I have been gifted shadowhunt as my first wh40k set
Hello everyone! As the title says, KT: Shadowhunt will be my first experience with the hoby. I have only watched some 40k in 40 minutes (a kill team episode is among them.) beforehand and that's where my gameplay information ends basically. I really love DKoK asthetics and wanted to buy another set but my research led me to conclusion of the death korps box being discontinued and the upgrade spur being removed from the dkok for the original 40k game, so no dkok (offical at least). Then I saw terror on devlan set. The astra militarum minis inside really peaqued my interest. Then I saw the nemesis operatives and learned that the tyranids can be played by a human. So I decided to buy both.
To be fair I am not sure if this is a good idea though. Thats why I am making this post in the first place. I have no experience with wh or kt at all. But I really love learning games so I don't think it will be a very big problem. Can shadowhunt even be combined with terror on devlan? Wlil there be a problem etc.
TL;DR: I've been gifted shadowhunt, want to buy terror on devlan and nemesis operators. Is this a good idea? I have not played wh tt before.
