Working on Nemesis Claw

Well, meanwhile painting the Tomb World terrain I'm taking breaks painting other stuff. Now I'm starting the Nemesis Claw Kill team, using technical paint is really fun

You know what I really like is?

I can grab any miniatures I think would be cool NPOs, paint um up and play.

Dont gave to worry if they are effective for a 40k army or not

Ultra Stink Marines

Submitted for the approval of the Death Guard society, the first ultramarines I’ve painted. 3 full imperium teams for 40K, I’ve decided to join the good guys with the plague marine KT. I’ll be back within a year with the full 40K team.

Painted my First kill Team and minis ever

I got into the Game Last week with the Starter Set and spent the last few days on These Guys. I haven't had this much fun with a new hobby in months :).

I made some dumb mistakes, but I think they turned out alright. Still debating how to brighten them up a little.

Tournament time limit

How does your local TO handle the time limit in a tournament? Last week I lost a game because our TO gave us 2 activations each after we reached the time limit. That prevented me from activating the rest of my operatives (horde), even though my oponente didnt have any ready operatives left after that. Is that a common resolution in those situations? Wouldn't that punish the player with more operatives at the end of the match?

Do you guys prefer Hunter Clade or Battle Clade?

Trying to decide which of these teams to try and get into; I know that Hunter Clade is declassified and leaving at the end of the edition, but I’m not really factoring that into the decision, so don’t worry about it.

No one expects us

Hi loyalists and heretics, I’m slowly making progress on my inquisitorial agents team. I’m sharing today two new recruits for my Kasrkin retinue. Turned out to be much more detailed than I initially expected. I hope you will like them !

Deathwatch Guard Question

If an operative shoots, moves and then goes on guard. If the operative used a weapon profile that requires a second apl to be shot again, can they go on guard with that profile? It says guard is treated as a shoot action.

Murderwing - Specific legion?

Can’t tell from any of the copy I’ve seen if they are intended to be a specific chaos legion? If not, which legions would make sense lore-wise to have these kind of aerial shock troops. Trying to come up with a color scheme. Maybe Emperor’s Children?

Tac Ops for XV26

I'm new to Kill Team! Just played my second game. I grabbed the XV26 suits because I just thought they were cool. Imagine my surprise when I see multiple sources saying they're not a good first team but oh well! Here I am and I love them but I'd like to understand how to score points with them.
Some of this may be my absolute novice approach. I chose Scout Enemy Movement as my Tac Op and then bcompletely forgot to play it. Like at all. And last game I chose Tac as my primary because I wanted to focus on it but then I will never played it once. I just don't understand when I'm really supposed to. And I'm also wondering if something like Planting Devices or Retrieval would have been a better choice. In the game, I was playing Goremongers on Tomb World. I was able to score 2 points on Crit Op (Data) and 2 points on Kill Op. We only played through TP3 because the game shop was closing. I lost by 1 point. Had I chosen either other op as my primary I would have won by 1 point instead.

Tl;Dr - I'm new to Kill Team and don't know how to effectively score on Tac Op or if I'm even choosing the right Tac Op. What factors into choosing and which are best?

Thanks for any feedback!

Terrain - Too much, too little?

I am just getting started with KT. For casual play at home, what are your thoughts on this setup? Bridges (and all elevated areas) are 2” above ground.

[UPDATE]:

Changed things around a bit. Removed some catwalk areas, added more regular terrain.

I replied with an updated picture. Yellow bigoted areas are for deployment. Red X’s are access points to catwalk.

Meinung und Tipps allererstes Modell

Hi zusammen :)

Vielen Dank
