Back in the hobby after short 15 year break: May I present to you Goliath Beetle Bug Lords [Murderwing WIP]
My oldest friends and I found our way back into the hobby. We stopped playing around 5th edition 40k and quit TT all together with the end of WHFB.
The last mini I painted was around 2010/11-ish. Almost forgot how much fun it is. And there community's grown so much, there are so many more resources available, it's honestly a blast!
Also so much fun to see how I'm able to improve with each miniature painted. (3rd image is the first miniature I started and finished)
Killteam is so much fun and the perfect game with the time we have on our hands now as adults.
Here's some WIP pictures of my painting progress. I finished the whole team recently but want to take proper pictures before posting the final result. Comments and critique very welcome!
