Played some kill team tonight and we got ourselves completely confused with how cover works from vantage points.

If the Orks (circled in green) can see the top of the space marine (circled red) but can’t see the marines base and the space marine is not on a conceal order, the Orks can shoot him but he is considered in ‘cover’ and can retain a defence dice and an automatic success?

Or have I got this completely wrong?

My partner is looking to part with some of her old Barbie’s and wanted to see if there were any collectors interested who would take good care of them. I don’t think they’ve ever been out of the box.
