Ratlings took down like 8 units in turn 2, it was insane! They got pushed back after that and the ending was pretty climactic!

Final score: 8-8-7 TIE, Legionarries & Blades of Khaine!

Bugs threw their weight around and the church made some good saves. They fought too close to the tunnel turn 3 and it cost them dearly

Ogryns/Bulgryns pushing their weight around Tomb World areas really helps the hobbits shine. Forced the big bugs into a lose/lose situation at the end of turn 4 and it was brilliant!

Ogryns had great positioning and helped to take down a Ravener every turn! Bugs still got their fair share of kills, but with a different Tac Op choice it would have been a win for the hobbits

We discovered Sean is a real gamer! Since Sean and I are the same age, we had a lot of the same gaming experiences growing up (NES, N64 etc). We share a lot of favorite games too!

We also learned he loves all the Mina fan art!

I totally nailed my hunch for the Inspiration of Mina’s character design. We’ll let everyone know when it goes live in the coming weeks!

Blooded haven’t seen the table since last edition, they’ve gotten some pretty nice updates!

Unlucky blast shot from a bug took out 2 and wounded 2 more on the Tomb World side. That turned the tide pretty hard.

Hobbits got pinned down early and Chaos threw their weight around effectively.

Legionaries put up a good fight in the end to make it a close one!

Added the map layouts we used in case it helps anyone. Just had to remove 1 objective marker and add the descent ladders

Goats did their jobs pushing points and holding them. Bots couldn’t quite keep up!

Haven’t played these bots since launch since they were way too strong. They’ve definitely settled a bit with the lower dmg on the warriors and lowered HP of the Tomb Crawlers. Great back and forth match

Mandrakes are a hard counter to Stealthsuits, holy smokes. But hey, we got to play! I don’t know there was a dataslate the other day, I thought there were Tau abilities I didn’t even know about and felt like a dummy. Turns out they added/changed stuff (they need it!)
