Parcel stuck for almost 50 DAYS
Anyone else have a Kakobuy parcel that hasn't had a tracking update since around April 17?
I've noticed several people with very similar timelines. Around May 12, Kakobuy informed me that the parcel had exceeded the delivery period and provided a small compensation (around 10% of the shipping cost), but there has still been no meaningful tracking movement.
Support has been responsive, but the updates are generally just that they are contacting the logistics provider and asking me to wait patiently, without any concrete information.
If you've had the same issue, did your parcel eventually arrive? How long did it take, and did you receive any additional compensation or a refund?
