Guys, where are the Mumbai hoteliers/hospitality folks hiding 😭
I’m doing a research project around dahi/curd consumption in this industry ( hotels , restaurants, Caterings) I have genuinely hit a wall trying to get hotels/restaurants to talk to me. Either nobody replies or they think I’m trying to sell them something.
I’m NOT from a dahi brand. I’m just trying to understand:
\- what kind of dahi hotels/restaurants use
\- which brands are preferred
\- how much consumption happens monthly
\- what problems exist with current supply/quality/pricing
