NAT should I try therapy?
Ok so I'm very avoidant if something stresses me out even a little I void it and some days I can force myself to do something or even just a little bit of something but this is the main reason I don't do therapy.
I'm afraid I'd start paying for a therapist and the second it gets uncomfortable id just not come back but I'd know I need it so I won't cancel id just avoid it. Is there any possibility a therapist could actually help me or would it be a waste?
