Racing in the heat NYC 6/5
So my partner and I will be racing our first hyrox on friday, women’s doubles around 5pm and the feels like is 82 degrees.
Are there any tips and tricks to racing at the specific venue? I’m so nervous now that the weather changed saying it’s going to be 10 degrees hotter than it originally said it would be 😭
