I am not receiving any event notification on Hik-connect from last 10 days. Everything is fine connected properly. Live view and playback is working fine and DVR is also doing full screen monitoring with sound alert on event. And yes notify servillance center is enabled and platform access shows online.

There is no help form paramhikvision. Anyone please help me to get the indian version of firmware for DS-7B08HUHI-K1 or DS-7208HUHI-K1 model.
