I am bringing my track bike to Milan next week. are the police strict about bikes without brakes? I was in Berlin earlier this year and got fined on the first day I was there. the police in my county don’t pay attention/ don’t care but just wondering so if need to be careful when I’m Milan next week/ possibly put a brake on bike. thanks
