Can someone sanity check my maths please?

If I stay with MyBMI and buy a 15 mg pen, it costs €392.49.

If I buy direct from Hilltown Pharmacy in Newry, it’s £299 (about €345).

However:

• I’d need a physical paper prescription from my doctor: €60
• Travel/fuel costs: ~€60

So total direct cost = €345 + €60 + €60 = €465

That means I wouldn’t actually save money unless I buy multiple pens in one trip (roughly 3 or more).

Am I thinking about this correctly, and is it possible to buy multiple pens in one trip?

If I buy three pens, can I pick up the remaining three pens before the prescription ends?

Can anyone who has recently ordered a 12.5 mg of Mounjaro from MyBmi provide the expiry date please

I have been stocking up on Mounjaro, and due to this, some of the pens may be approaching expiring / may go expired when I go to use them

Has anyone here used Mounjaro beyond its expiry / effective date, and what was your experience?

I’m curious about real-world experiences rather than official guidance. Did it still seem effective? Any noticeable difference in appetite suppression, side effects, or results?

Also interested whether it was unopened or already in use, and how far past the date it was.

Not looking for medical advice, just hearing what others have experienced.

Has anyone here used an open Mounjaro pen for an extended period while microdosing?

I currently have a 10mg pen and was considering using 2.5mg doses, which in theory would give me around 16 weeks from one pen.

Just wondering if anyone has done something similar and how long you used an opened pen for? Any issues with effectiveness, storage, or using it over that length of time?

I have ordered early for my last two MJ, I wont have money to reorder for another couple of weeks, how long can I leave between when I should of re-ordrered (4 week mark) and re-ordering again without having to start the whole process again or step back on the dosage.
