We had plumbers come out to put a valve on our water main system. They updated the valve but when the city inspector came out they said the whole system is out of regulation and we need to have it fixed within 21 days or our waters getting shut off. Im hesitant to pay for the work that was done. Shouldn’t the plumbers have known it was out of regulation or am I wrong to think that. I feel like we are being scammed for money and this is something they should’ve known
