My comment on another post got deleted by mods for “breaking rule # 7” and “offering a group chat”. Nowhere did I offer a group chat, so posting again verbatim here to inspire others:

Since ending and going no contact I have:
—been promoted and gotten a raise twice
—met a truly kind and emotionally intelligent partner,
—strengthened friendships,
—Continued to be in the best shape of my life (never stopped working out even during the relationship when she stopped working out and her insecurity would say "if we break up you're going to be hotter than me")
—Got a new car that I love
—Grown in my spiritual life

Leaving her has been the best. I do wish her well still, but we know people reap what they sow...
