Hey. Just got 2026 palisade sel 2026. It came with this strange mat for the cargo area. It velcros to the back of the 3rd row and the cargo area floor. When you put the third row up it bunches. Somethjng doesn’t seem right. Can anyone explain if we did this right?

I brought my car in for oil change and tire rotation on Thursday. Friday I noticed the ac wasn’t working like it was. This morning had to put heat on and it’s making the crazy noise in the video. They did check the filter but it was not changed. What could have happened? Car has 12,000 miles on it.
