Suggestions to make this Coord more summer appropriate
So I got this coord for my birthday in January, was going to wear it on my birthday to go have tea but my birthday ended up snowing all day really bad. I had styled this intending for it to be winter clothes. Thicker sweater two petticoats, the socks with boots overtop and a cape. I am planning on going to celebrate my half birthday for tea now instead... But that's in the middle of July and I have heat intolerance.
I normally bring a sweater or shawl for inside restaurants but there's no guarantee the cafe has AC, sometimes during the summer I can't even wear a blouse unfortunately. I also, unfortunately, no longer have a hoop skirt that fits me and can't seem to find plus size ones online.
Does anyone have suggestions for plus size hoop skirts or a way to style this so it doesn't look so washed out? I am so fking pale and the brown sweater really helps to me. I have a brown purse and copper teacup earrings I can do. I don't have wrist cuffs or socks or shoes or necklaces if any kind that really fit this color scheme - it's very different from my normal coords. Not sure if anyone has suggestions for those type of accessories or a lighter weight brown cardigan I could wear with this? Just in general not sure what to do for styling for the summer I guess.
