i think i’m being ghosted by a hospital :(
so i had a new grad residency interview with Tanner Hospital in Carrollton GA two weeks ago as of today. they told me i should hear something the following friday but i didn’t get a call, email, nothing. i gave it a couple days and then sent a follow up email last wednesday to the nurse manager. i got no response. the lack of communication from the hospital after the interview has honestly put a bad taste in my mouth. like it takes 30 seconds to write me back and say oh we’re still making decisions or we went with other candidates. it’s so discouraging and very unprofessional of the hospital and managers. does anyone know if this particular hospital system takes this long? or if they ghost? anything is appreciated, i’ve been losing my actual mind over this for the past week.
